Cancellation Policy

At MRIGAPATI INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order or service booking. This cancellation policy explains how you can cancel your orders and what charges may apply.

Product Order Cancellation

You can cancel your product order anytime before it is shipped from our warehouse. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. To cancel, simply call us at +91 9316652434 or email us at mrigapatiinfra@gmail.com with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, you cannot cancel it. However, you can return the product once you receive it according to our 7-day return policy. There are no cancellation charges for product orders that are cancelled before shipping.

Home Service Cancellation

You can cancel your home service booking including plumbing, AC repair, house cleaning, electrical work, or hiring daily workers like carpenters, painters, and maids. The cancellation rules depend on when you cancel your booking.

Free Cancellation Period

You can cancel your service booking for free if you cancel at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time. Simply call us or send a message to cancel your booking. There will be no charges for free cancellations.

Late Cancellation Charges

If you cancel your service booking less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply. This is because our service provider may have already started traveling to your location. The cancellation charge will be 25% of the total service cost or Rs. 100, whichever is higher.

No-Show Policy

If you are not available at the scheduled time and location without prior cancellation, it will be considered a no-show. In such cases, you will be charged 50% of the total service cost. This covers the time and travel expenses of our service provider.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies can happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency, family emergency, or natural disaster, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try our best to waive cancellation charges in genuine emergency situations.

Service Provider Cancellation

Sometimes our service provider may need to cancel due to illness, emergency, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will immediately inform you and try to arrange another service provider for the same time. If we cannot provide a replacement, your booking will be cancelled with no charges.

Refund Process

If you have already made payment and your cancellation qualifies for a refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the original payment. Any applicable cancellation charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Rescheduling Instead of Cancellation

Instead of cancelling, you can also reschedule your service booking to a different date and time. Rescheduling is free if done at least 2 hours before the original scheduled time. This is often better than cancelling and booking again.

Repeat Service Cancellation

If you have booked weekly or monthly services like regular house cleaning or maintenance, you can cancel future appointments by giving us 24 hours notice. This gives us enough time to adjust our service provider schedules.
